Estimated dispatch times are currently:

Ready to Ship - 2 to 3 working days

Made to Order - 7 to 10 working days

Custom Commissions - 4 to 6 weeks

All items are sent Royal Mail Special Delivery so should arrive the next working day from dispatch date.

Ring sizing Information

I wholeheartedly recommend that you take the time to get sized professionally at a local high street jewellers (they normally offer this service for free).

Alternatively, if you wear or purchase rings regularly, investing in a metal ring sizer (£3-£5) is a fantastic long term option. For more information visit our ring sizing guide.

Returns Policy

I generally do not accept returns on made to order products.

Due to the nature of my business, each item is hand-fabricated specially for you to your custom gemstone choice as well as ring size.

Style and size is as individual and unique as you are which means that it will be incredibly unlikely that someone will go on to buy that exact combination in that exact size.

I appreciate your understanding in this.

Please read the product description and know your size prior to purchase, as most rings CANNOT be resized. It is often easier for me to remake the entire ring than it is to resize them.

However, if you are unhappy with your order in any way, please get in touch within 3 days of package delivery. Returns will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Items MUST be shipped back within 7 days of delivery in their original packaging and condition in order to receive a refund.
